I applied to the program because when I was working as an industrial engineer, I realized that it was crucial in my career to deepen my technical skills in Lean Six Sigma, project management, quality management, process design, and data analysis. The entire program was fantastic, and I enjoyed every class I took. The classes were didactic, the material was very applicable to day-to-day business operations, the experience, and quality of the professors, and the 8-week term class method helped me focus 100% in my classes.

All classes added value and helped me improve my operations management skills. However, the class that I enjoyed the most was Quality Management. The course helped me deepen my knowledge of the DMAIC model applicable in every continuous improvement project. Nowadays, I feel 100% confident in successfully applying this model in my professional projects.

The program will help me reach a successful career in any industry that I decide to continue.
