I applied to the MSOM program to further my understanding of the operations of a business and build my business acumen. The MSOM program has greatly helped me develop myself as a young professional and has given me the confidence and education I need to continue to advance in my career and be an asset to my employer. The program has helped me better understand how each function of the business works together to achieve strategic goals and has given me a wholistic view of an organization.  

I really enjoyed both Project and Advanced Project Management as well as Organizing doe Change. These courses were a game changer for me, and showed me the importance of change management within an organization and how to efficiently and effectively run a project and project team. I am also looking forward to the Leadership Principals course and I am eager to add that knowledge base into my toolkit to better lead people.  

The MSOM program has really changed my life and my understanding of business functions. Additionally, I have been able to work toward both my Masters and a graduate certificate in Project Management with no additional courses or exams.  

The program and professors are excellent and I would highly recommend the MSOM at The University of Arkansas for anyone looking to further they understanding of business operations and take the next step in their career.
