One of my all-time goals was to make a master’s degree in a recognized university, after moving to the US, I started looking at options and the MSOM program in the University of Arkansas was the option that fulfilled my expectations on regards the variety of courses, graduate certificates, cost and the fact that it is a 100% online program, which allowed me to make a balance with my family time and job responsibilities.

The classes that I enjoyed the most were, Leadership Principles, Advanced Project Management, Cost Estimation Models and Lean Six Sigma, since I think these gave me a lot of new knowledge that is applicable to my daily job activities and these will help me to make a difference in the industry that I have worked for the last 15 years. All the instructors are very professional and well prepared, and they are very supportive to help students to succeed.

I strongly recommend this program to anyone within the manufacturing or service industry that is looking to increase their knowledge on how to solve problems, increase profitability and understand the 10 operations management decisions that are critical for a business organization whether it is a small business or a big corporation.
