Paul Collins

I applied to the University of Arkansas MSOM program to better develop and hone my Lean 6Sigma skills for my career in Supply Chain Mgmt. with NIKE. I really enjoyed how the curriculum flowed and knowledge built from class to class. Also, the online program was very helpful in balancing my work and homelife. I found the instructors to be great subject matter experts with real world experience, and they never hesitated to help!  

This program has assisted me in my role with issues such as: which lean tool is best for which situations, how to manage stakeholders, how and why to select projects and prioritize them. Throughout the program I was exposed to many tools and ideas that I could instantly apply in my role. However, one of the most important things I gained is the confidence the program gave me!
