“I found out about the MSOM program while stationed at Little Rock Air Force Base. I wanted a degree that would help me get into a second career after the military as a Logistics Manager or an Operations Manager. The MSOM program was a perfect fit to link my military operational experience with courses of study to prepare me for a challenging yet fulfilling position after I transition out of active service. 
 
My favorite courses were the leadership and project management courses. The fields of study directly tie to my day-to-day duties in the Air Force. I’ve filled leadership positions for the last 21 years and developing high performance teams…this field of study helped expand my experience and helped me become a better operational leader. 
 
I’ll retire from active duty in 2 years. I look forward to putting my expanded knowledge to work for an organization that is focused on making our communities better through providing valuable services, products, in inclusive, high performance work centers that are staffed with fully engaged personnel. 
 
Through my educational journey I’ve moved 3 times and deployed to 3 different locations. The faculty always work with me when my military duties conflicted with course work suspense dates. I highly recommend the MSOM program!”
