Jordan Coleman

I was first interested in the MSOM program when I heard positive feedback about the program from a former co-worker. Being able to complete the course work all online was a great benefit to allow me to continue working full time. I really enjoyed getting to apply the concepts of most courses through a final course project. It’s really rewarding as student to be able to gather all the information learned in the class and combine it into one complete body work.  

 My favorite two classes were Finance for Operations Managers and Economic Decision Making. Both of these classes pushed my excel, finance, analytical, and critical thinking skills to a new level. The one quote that has really stuck with me throughout the program was one by Edward Deming, “In God we trust; all others bring data.” The coursework has prepared me for future roles in management and skills that I will be able to apply throughout my working career.
