Lucas Howell

I once saw an advertisement poster for the MSOM program at the Little Rock Air Force Base Education Center, while taking undergrad classes there. With both of my sons being grown and out of the house I saw an opportunity to spend my spare time on a graduate degree.  

I really enjoyed anything leadership, so the Leadership Principles course was good for me. I also enjoyed Strategic Management and the group project that we completed during that course. Hopefully the MSOM program has prepared me for a larger role in aviation.
