“I chose the MSOM program from the University of Arkansas because of the flexibility of learning, the great reviews and accreditation, and the variety of classes that were available in the program. 
 
I really liked that there were optional certificates; I chose the Lean Six Sigma program to help round out my supply chain and operations knowledge. I liked the online format of the program and the options for classes was really great. Each class was well structured with really responsive professors. The flexibility and variety of the program let me get the operations fundamentals, but allowed me to add in classes about leadership, global competition, and change management. 
 
Many of the data analysis tools I learned helped expand my knowledge of Excel and the leadership and change management lessons are helping me reach goals in my career. After my Master’s, I’m hoping to continue advancing my career in supply chain and someday move to operations management.”
