I truly enjoyed every course I have chosen in the Operations Management (MSOM) course. To name a few, working for Springdale benevolent foundation as a part of the strategic management course has given me excellent hands-on experience in formulating strategies to improve their revenue and expand the business. The guest speaker sessions in crisis management have always been my favorite as they allowed me to learn about the experiences and detrimental effects of Covid-19. When it comes to Project management and finance for operations managers, various live case studies on fortune companies have helped us understand how the organizations work to execute the projects to maintain a positive balance sheet. Lastly, the fun part is unmanned aircraft systems. 107 certification gives a massive opportunity to the people who want to pursue their career in real estate and drone inspection services or might land in the E-commerce industry as the future is bright for drone deliveries.

Moreover, Operations Management (MSOM) and Project management certification have given me all the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in my area of interest like operations and project management. Concerning my previous work, the learnings in this course will help me use the tools which would contribute to process improvements and productivity.
