“Having spent much of my career in sales, I enrolled in the MSOM program as preparation to move into a role that included operational responsibility. Operations management, and really life in general, is a series of decisions. All the classes in the MSOM program helped me learn how to make those decisions. From Strategic Management teaching how to set the vision and providing tools to implement the best strategy, to the LSS courses giving you tools and a structured approach to problem solving. How all these classes tie together to improve the decision-making progress is what I like best about the program.  
 
As I move into a leadership role with GD Copper, U.S.A, the tools I learned in the program will help me make the most efficient use of the scarce resources available during this post pandemic period.”
