“I applied for the MSOM program in order to further my skills and knowledge to help advance my career. Since joining the program, I have received two graduate level certifications that have helped me gain a promotion. The program was flexible and allowed me to finish at my own pace. 
 
The most exciting aspect of the program is taking what I’ve learned in the classroom and applying it to real life scenarios in the workplace. My favorite courses taken were: Advanced Lean Six Sigma, Lean Production Inventory Control, and Data Analytics. I use techniques learned in these courses on a daily basis.  
 
Upon finishing my degree, I hope to apply what I have learned to help advance my career. I want to thank the wonderful professors, instructors, and facility members at the University of Arkansas who made this program amazing.”
