“I am so thankful to have found the MSOM program at the University of Arkansas! [While] in the program, I have been continuously engaged and exposed to new experiences and ways of thinking. The professors are passionate about their work and care about the success of their students. 
 
The program has provided me with a much more in-depth understanding of creating efficiencies in the workplace and allowed me to make immense improvements to processes in our organization and participate as a major contributor to some of our biggest projects. I single-handedly redesigned our scoring system we use for a multi-county youth tournament we run every summer and drastically improved our efficiency. I can directly attribute that to my Project Management courses and the pre-req Excel class. 
 
The MSOM program has been a well-rounded educational experience that addressed not only necessary skill sets I would need to be successful in my career, but also the soft skills required to work in and manage teams, provide superior customer service, and communicate effectively to stakeholders of our organization. 
 
Choosing to pursue my MSOM degree at the University of Arkansas has been the most worth-while experience I have achieved in my educational journey, and I would highly recommend the program to anyone looking to increase their knowledge in this field of study!”
