“At an internship the summer before my senior year, I quickly caught attention to and gained respect for the company’s operations manager because of his focus on helping his people for the betterment of the organization, rather than himself. I then was intrigued to find [the MSOM] graduate program that studied operations and did so online.

In my second to last 8-week session, I took the class, Organizing for Change. There were many practices from the course that I was able to implement into my current organization, due to changes we were dealt with during the temporary closings and social distancing. The best features of the degree were the flexibility, the knowledge and devotion each teacher had towards his or her respective classes.”
