Andrew Sauter

Graduating December 2020 is Andrew Sauter! He says he is able to apply the MSOM curriculum to daily life! 
 
“I originally applied to the MSOM program at the University of Arkansas to simply keep my education moving forward and not stall out. Shortly after my first course, I realized how uncomfortable it was, but in a good and challenging way. Working in my current role, I tend to focus on profit margins, capacities, and the overall sales process, focusing on the end game. 
 
This program did a great job of focusing on the core curriculum and making it applicable to my daily work life, well beyond what I was used to in academia. I used opportunities in all of the courses to apply real challenges I was experiencing within my career and work through them using principles, analysis tools, and evaluation/review procedures that helped me find real solutions. Also, as an entrepreneur of two small businesses, I was able to scale my business models to be more efficient, financially healthy, and sustainable, now that I grew from uncomfortable to confident the past two years.”
